Early on, your coach will do an assessment and evaluation to learn about where your business is and where you want to go. As you progress, you and your coach will work on time-tested, world-class business strategies to get your business in alignment!
With the help of MetaMorphicx, you will embark on a journey to discover and create the business and the life of your dreams. Clients and coaches meet two times a month to create opportunity and identify problems. We have one clear goal—the goal of enabling clients to achieve real and sustainable results in real time. The 7 Dynamics and 26 core lessons provide the foundation for you to build from. Our coaches provide clarity and results by keeping clients accountable, on track, and engaged in the transformation of their business and their lives.
The Seven Dynamics
The EMyth business development path is an ecosystem—a living thing made up of people and systems. At the EMyth we call the business development process the Seven Dynamics: Leadership, Branding, Finance, Management, Delivery, Sales, and Marketing. As in nature all of the parts work together. When one is out of alignment, the whole system is less than what it should be. Our system helps you see each of the seven dynamics individually and at the same time helps you take a higher level view of how these seven dynamics work together to help build your business.

The Seven Dynamics are a powerful way of looking at any business ecosystem. As shown in the graphic, Leadership lies in the center, as the business is always an expression of its owner. The other six include three disciplines: Brand, Finance, and Management, and three activities: Marketing, Sales, and Delivery.
